“The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena.”
— Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, 7/18/23

Our Mission

The UAP Disclosure Fund is a nonpartisan nonprofit that advocates for greater government transparency regarding unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). We work to support new UAP legislation, facilitate legal representation for whistleblowers, promote scientific research and raise public awareness in an effort to better address the UAP issue.

The UAP Disclosure Act of 2024 is a historic piece of transparency legislation that will increase government transparency and disclosure of important information about unidentified anomalous phenomena. Currently, key Senate Committees are working on the FY2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). It is critical that we let senators know that we support the inclusion of the UAP Disclosure act in their version of the NDAA. Send a letter now!

The letter you send using our tool below will be received by a senator who currently is a member of the Armed Services, Intelligence, or Government Affairs and Homeland Security Committees.

Thanks to the over 10,000 concerned citizens from more than 60 countries who signed our petition in support of new UAP legislation, we reached our goal and have submitted the petition to U.S. Senators.

Speaking with the UAP Disclosure Fund, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s office informed us that the senator has viewed the petition, is very appreciative of the support, and is committed to UAP transparency.

On July 11th, Senators Mike Rounds and Chuck Schumer submitted the UAP Disclosure Act of 2024 for consideration to be added to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (NDAA). This historic piece of legislation (which specifically mentions "non-human intelligence" 17 times) seeks to establish a framework for the disclosure of now-classified UAP to the public.

Final passage of the NDAA usually occurs in December, so our work to support this new legislation has only just begun. In the coming weeks and months, we will advocate for the UAP Disclosure Act and other new UAP legislation by continuing to build support from the public and within Congress.

Thanks again to everyone who signed our petition. We hope that you will continue to support the fight for UAP transparency and demand the truth!
