Lester Nare

Lester Nare is a Zimbabwean‑American entrepreneur and leading voice at the intersection of technology, public policy, and UAP transparency. As the founder of UAP Caucus, he has helped shape the civilian‑led movement for responsible disclosure, blending strategic advocacy, digital storytelling, and scalable civic engagement.

He has launched several of the field’s most impactful initiatives. Highlights include the public debut of the AIAA UAP Integration & Outreach Committee and its landmark “Detection, Characterization, and Evaluation of UAP” paper; the mobile‑first knowledge hub UAP Evidence; the investigative news outlet Liberation Times; and Skywatcher, a multi‑domain sensing and aerospace research organization focused on UAP. Each project lowers the barrier to credible information and galvanizes new communities of practice.

Lester’s work is defined by institutional rigor, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a belief that rising public interest deserves a proportional increase in access to facts, data, and transparency. His efforts have created connective tissue across scientific, policy, and grassroots communities pushing for reform.

Outside of UAP advocacy, Lester is the Co‑Founder and COO of Steadworth, a real‑estate technology company pioneering alternative paths to homeownership through home‑equity sharing. He also provides operational leadership on land‑development initiatives alongside his co‑founder, most notably Highland Estates, currently the largest single‑family residential development in Wisconsin and projected to add over $500 million in value to an emerging tech corridor anchored by Microsoft’s new AI data‑center campus.

He began his career building early‑stage ventures and studied at Princeton University, where he played varsity soccer. Lester lives in Los Angeles and, when away from the laptop, can be found skiing, surfing, or on the pitch.
