UAPDF is working diligently to provide Congress with vital UAP information. To promote transparency, we want the public to know what we have recently done as we approach the next congressional hearing, scheduled for September 9.
Since May 2025, we have:
Organized a classified briefing where UAPDF Advisory Board Members Dr. Eric Davis, Mike Gold, and Kirk McConnell briefed Members of the the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets.
Delivered to Members certain notes by Dr. Eric Davis.
Facilitated access to information described as UAP “legacy” program code names and names of senior officials believed to have had direct access to such programs.
Provided Members lists of specific alleged UAP records locatable within the Defense Department / Intelligence Community.
Furnished draft oversight letters to help Members demand UAP records, their classification guidelines, the code names, and to meet “gatekeepers” and other officials from the Defense Department / Intelligence Community.
Authored a Legal Policy Brief analyzing why lawmakers may receive classified information in a secure setting without permission by the executive branch–and why whistleblowers and others may provide that information free from prosecution or suit.
Organized a Public Roundtable featuring lawmakers and UAPDF Advisory Board Members that explored the intersection of UAP, national security, science, and innovation.
Lawmakers have their work cut out for them. UAPDF Chairman Christopher Mellon and other members of our team are prepared to testify – in any setting – to help get the job done. We also provide free legal assistance to prospective whistleblowers.
Let’s get to work.
